Who is Fran?

In your corner of the ring; I will push, support and educate you to move with quality to surpass your fitness and lifestyle goals. I have spent my whole life moving, dancing and exploring what the human body is capable of. I am your movement and fitness specialist.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Crossfit LV1 Coach.

The National Association of Sports Medicine is a nationally and globally recognized personal training certification. Crossfit is the fastest growing form of fitness in the 21st century and impacts thousands of individuals worldwide.

I am a Professional Contemporary Dancer.

Yes, it's true. I have a B.A. Hons Dance from the University of Winnipeg and The School of Contemporary Dancers in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I am also a graduate of The Quinte Ballet School of Canada in Belleville, Ontario. I moved away from home at the age of 15 years old to pursue my passion in movement and dance and never looked back.

Allister John:

Allister John (Alli) is a certified Personal Trainer (PT), Level 2 Exercise Therapist (ET), Mental Toughness coach (MT), and Kettlebell Instructor. Born in Scarborough, raised in Toronto; Alli is a student at Humber College, completing the Fitness and Health Promotion Program. He is simultaneously taking a program entitled, Certificate of Human Behavior - to excel his knowledge of psychology and human behavior for the benefit of his practice as a PT and MT coach. 

Allister's interests include: creative writing, old school hip hop, books of varying genres, Latin dance, and his French Press coffee maker.  Here is a question from Allister to get you thinking...
